Short JD:
We are looking for an experienced Program/Delivery Manager with IT experience to lead multiple Professional Services engagements end-to-end, from Discovery to Go-Live and Hypercare. The role involves managing cross-functional teams including Development, UX, AI/ML, QA, and Infrastructure while ensuring timely delivery, risk management, stakeholder communication, and documentation governance. The candidate should have strong expertise in Agile/Hybrid delivery models, RAID/Risk Register management, Go-Live coordination, and project tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. Experience with cloud implementations, AI/ML delivery pipelines, and executive-level reporting is highly preferred. PMP/SAFe certifications are a plus.
