Job Description – Java Backend Lead Developer

• 10+ Years of overall IT experience required
• Strong hands-on coding experience in current projects
• 7+ years of experience with Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Kafka
• Strong backend development and API development experience
• Experience working with messaging tools and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience working in Agile methodologies
• Mandatory Team Lead experience managing Onshore/Offshore/Nearshore teams from the US (minimum 2 years)
• Good communication skills required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in future
• 100% onsite role – candidate must provide written confirmation for working from client office (No Remote)
