Summary

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement new business applications supporting investment and trading workflows.
Enhance existing systems to drive performance, automation, and error reduction.
Work collaboratively with Investment, Trading, and Operations teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Participate in a support rotation (~every 6-7 weeks), providing coverage for critical applications.
Contribute across the full SDLC including analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications

5+ years of software development experience (minimum requirement).
Strong proficiency in SQL, including programming, modeling, and database design (SQL Server).
Hands?on experience with C# or Java for back?end development (either acceptable).
Effective communication skills with the ability to engage directly with business stakeholders.
Strong problem?solving, debugging, and analytical capabilities.
Ability to collaborate within a small, high?performance technical team.
