1. 7. This team is expanding tremendously, within 2 weeks they will be hiring more Architects, PM's and Engineers.

1. 8. This is a DELIVERY focused Solutions Architect for once deals have been won to get the projects started.

1. 9. TECHNICAL ACUMEN: S4 HANA Has to be SUPER strong there.

Day to Day/Job Function

• Deep understanding of SAP's cloud product suite, particularly S/4HANA Cloud, BTP, and other cloud-based modules.

2. Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.

3. Ability to translate technical details into business language and value-driven solutions.

4. Experience in industries like manufacturing or Life Sciences.

5. Identify business problems and translate into SAP requirements

6. Craft solutions based on such business requirements

7. Provides consistent, open and prompt communication regarding Pro's and Con's

8. Prepare business case definitions to support decision making

Solution Architects (Delivery)

• Domain experience of 1-5 years; SAP consulting experience of 15+ years

2. Experience with RISE with S/4 HANA solutions, working with cloud LOB solutions (such as IBP, Ariba, Group Reporting, Treasury & Risk Management, EHS, Advanced ATP)

3. Experience with being an integration manager in transformation projects

4. Experience with designing and developing solutions involving one or more from SAP BTP, gen AI/ Joule, Business Data Cloud, Signavio, Revenue Recognition

5. Deep experience across 3 or more industries from Manufacturing (discrete, process), Pharma and Life Sciences, Medical Devices, CPG/ Retail, Aerospace, Transportation, Public Sector

6. SAP certified in one or more areas within the past 5 years

Relationship Management

• Instill a teamwork culture with the virtual sales support team assigned to the sales opportunity.

2. Cultivate professional industry relationships with clients, analysts, thought leaders and SAP.

3. Establish credibility and relationships with client decision makers.

4. Facilitate pre-sale to post-sale account transition - ensuring proper and consistent communication with customer and the implementation delivery team.

Industry Competence

• Identify industry-specific value proposition, including drivers, trends, key performance measures, return-on-investment, and technology advancements.

2. Audit industry-related client implementations to ensure industry solution quality, measure value, identify market requirements and incorporate new best business practices.

3. Obtain input regarding future industry requirements

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in SAP solution architecture and SAP consulting solution architecture.

2. 15+ years experience using SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and other SAP modules (O2C, Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.).

3. 7+ years of experience, with a focus on cloud products.
