About the Job- We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP FICO, SAP S/4HANA along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.

Job Summary:

• We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
• The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of SAP FICO and experience working with business stakeholders to deliver effective SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP FI modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
• Configure and support SAP CO processes including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for developments and integrations.
• Support SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and production support activities.
• Handle incident analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of SAP FICO issues.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Work on integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
• Conduct functional testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
• Collaborate with finance and business teams to identify process improvements and optimize SAP functionality.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and support.
• Good understanding of FI and CO business processes.
• Experience with GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, and Internal Orders.
• Knowledge of integration between FI/CO and MM/SD.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
• Knowledge of Fiori, SAP Central Finance, or SAP Group Reporting is an advantage.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• SAP FICO certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation or rollout projects.
• Exposure to global finance processes and multi-country implementations.
• Experience working in Agile or similar project environments.
