- Manages a team of quality assurance analysts working on different products in different cadences.
- Experience in UI "low code/no code" tool based Automation (Tosca is a preferred but other tools are valuable)
- Helps create, groom, and prioritize, and execute testing automation backlog
- Works with Dev managers and sprint teams to understand and communicate testing capacity and sprint plans
- Reviews and signs off on test plans
- Attends lead syncs and reports on testing plan, burn down execution, and defects
- Creates and maintains Jira and Octane/QMetry live visualization.
