Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP EC Payroll Process Owner to lead and manage end-to-end payroll processes using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. The role involves driving payroll operations, process optimization, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring compliance with business and statutory requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Own and manage end-to-end SAP EC Payroll processes.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders for payroll solutions.
Support payroll configuration, testing, issue resolution, and process improvements.
Ensure payroll compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Coordinate with implementation/support teams for enhancements and integrations.
Monitor payroll accuracy, timelines, and system performance.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll.
Knowledge of payroll operations, compliance, and HR processes.
Experience with payroll configuration and troubleshooting.
Understanding of integrations between EC, Payroll, and third-party systems.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working in global or multi-country payroll environments is preferred.
