Prior experience with environmental graphics, wayfinding, and signage projects is a distinct advantage.

Project Planning & Delivery

quality at every stage
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress, anticipate obstacles, and keep all parties
aligned
• Assess and confirm the viability of proposed approaches early in the project lifecycle, in close
collaboration with the partner and design team
• Ensure resource availability and allocation across concurrent projects
• Manage sourcing, bidding, and production with third-party vendors including printers,
fabricators, photographers, and specialist consultants
• Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools and methods
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Client & Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent
communication throughout the project
• Manage relationships between clients and internal stakeholders with professionalism and
discretion
• Facilitate change requests and ensure all parties are informed of impacts to schedule, scope,
and budget
• Prepare presentation materials and logistics for client and internal meetings
Finance & Studio Operations
• Manage project billing, track budgets, and maintain accurate financial records across all active
projects
• Ensure team resources are planned, used efficiently, and recorded using studio systems
• Communicate project status and financial updates to partners, and flag concerns proactively
• Coordinate internal project logistics, including scheduling, meeting organization, and
deliverable tracking
• Support new business development

environment
• Excellent verbal, visual, and written communication skills; confident presenting to clients and
internal teams alike
• Deep familiarity with project management processes, tools, and best practices in a design
context
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously
• Genuine interest in and appreciation for design; ability to engage substantively with creative
work and communicate its value to clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite; experience with Figma, Pitch, Adobe InDesign
and project management software such as Monday.com is a plus
