Technical Delivery Manager/Lead

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in software delivery, technology project management, application delivery, Agile delivery, or a related technology leadership role.
  • Experience coordinating Internal and External software Development teams and complex technology initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum and other software delivery methodologies.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or comparable application lifecycle/work-management platforms.
  • Working understanding of application development, APIs/integrations, databases, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and production support concepts.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, planning, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and drive accountability without needing to be the technical expert.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or other high-availability production technology environment preferred.
