Project:

• Workday Integrations Manager leads the design, development, and maintenance of integrations between Workday and other systems, ensuring efficient and accurate data exchange.
• This role involves deep technical expertise with Workday tools (Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors), collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting issues, and managing projects to meet business needs.
• The position requires a strong understanding of FIN, HCM and payroll processes and best practices in integration, often including team leadership and strategic planning for the integration roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of integration projects, from discovery and requirements gathering to testing, implementation, and post-deployment support.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday integrations, staying current with Workday updates and industry best practices.
• Work closely with HR, IT, Finance, and other business units to understand their needs and translate them into technical integration solutions.
• Monitor integration issues/errors and ensure data accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and escalate as appropriate.
• Maintain data governance processes and standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, quality, and security within the Workday Finance platform. Understand and ensure State security and data privacy standards are followed.
• Advanced knowledge of Role-based and User-Based Security and Domains, as it applies to Integrations security.
• Drive the development of integration strategy, best practices, and the overall Workday integration roadmap to support organizational goals.

Skills:

• 3-5 years of Workday experience required.
• Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, and potentially Python or JavaScript for custom integrations
• Proficiency with Workday EIBs, Core Connectors, and web services (REST/SOAP).
• Familiarity with Workday Studio.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with various technical and functional stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of Finance, HCM, and Payroll processes and how they integrate with Workday and other systems.
• Workday Integration certification is preferred.
