Your role in our mission

  • Responsible for managing Application and Infrastructure projects to meet MMIS client business objectives
  • Define project scope, and deliverables aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones; Prepare and maintain project documentation including Scope Statement, RAID logs, Project reporting and project change control
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional team members; Establish staffing plans and manage resource allocations (plan vs. actual) variance reporting/Lead cross
  • Monitor progress, track milestones, and adjust plans to address changes in requirements
  • Interface with the client, company and project team leadership, measuring and communicating project metrics and recommending program changes as needed
  • Drive the quality of project deliverables across all phases of the program by creating objectives, schedules, program definitions and budgets
  • Help ensure project timeliness and quality by identifying and mitigating risk through status reporting and project updates
  • Prepare detailed SOW for clients and obtain agreement and approval from stakeholders on the scope of that work


What we're looking for

  • 5-10 years Project Management experience leading both application/infrastructure projects using SDLC, Waterfall/Hybrid methodology
  • Experience with MMIS or similar healthcare information system is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Project Management Tools: MS Project, MS Excel, MS Teams, SharePoint, and ServiceNow
  • Strong knowledge in project management methodology such as Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Leadership to train, guide and mentor the work of junior colleagues
  • Strong executive presenter who communicates ideas clearly
  • Creative problem-solver who thrives on defining structure from ambiguity

The pay range for this position is $69,000 - $99,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
