ServiceNow Architect-Full Time-Onsite

The ServiceNow Architect will own the end-to-end architecture, design strategy, and technical governance of the ServiceNow platform across multiple modules. This role requires deep platform expertise, strong client-facing skills, and leadership in driving scalable, secure, and future-ready ServiceNow solutions.

< data-start="688" data-end="717">Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead ServiceNow architectural strategy and roadmap across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, FSO, Finance, and Supply Chain modules.

• Act as technical authority for solution design, architectural reviews, and governance across ServiceNow programs.

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance ServiceNow solutions.

• Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, solution presentations, and executive stakeholder discussions.

• Design and review integrations using REST, SOAP, JDBC, MID Server, and third-party systems.

• Drive adoption of modern ServiceNow capabilities including GenAI, AI Agents, Workflow Data Fabric, and RaptorDB.

• Establish and enforce platform standards, coding best practices, and integration frameworks.

• Review and validate custom development, workflows, and configurations to ensure quality and compliance.

• Support DevOps initiatives including CI/CD pipelines, ATF, and automated deployments.

• Mentor and guide development teams, conducting knowledge-sharing and technical enablement sessions.

• Collaborate closely with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance teams.

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with 6+ years on ServiceNow.

• Minimum 4+ years in a ServiceNow Technical Architect role.

• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and core modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, FSO, etc.).

• Strong experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Portal, ACLs, UI Policies, and Notifications.

• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills.

• ServiceNow Architect-level certification – Highly desirable

• ServiceNow CIS (ITSM / ITOM / HRSD / CSM) – Preferred

• Experience with domain separation, MSP models, or multi-instance strategies
