Role Summary
Techno-functional consultant to support, enhance, and integrate PeopleSoft 8.0 HCM and Financials (FSCM).
Hands-on configuration and development with strong integration experience across boundary systems
Key Responsibilities
• Own requirements, solution design, build, and delivery for HCM/FSCM Financials enhancements and support
• Configure modules, security, workflows, and business rules; drive production issue resolution (RCA)
• Develop/troubleshoot PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Component Interfaces, and SQL objects
• Good in HCM: HR/Benefits/Payroll/T&L and FSCM: GL/AP/AR/PO/Expenses/Assets
• Build/support integrations with Zycus and other boundary systems (interfaces, mappings, controls,
reconciliation)
• Support SIT/UAT, defect triage, deployment readiness, and documentation (functional + technical)
Required Skills
• 5+ years’ experience as a PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant across HCM and Financials
• Hands-on PeopleSoft toolset: PeopleCode, AE, CI, SQR; strong SQL
• Integrations experience with procurement/FSCM finance/HCM boundary systems; Zycus preferred
• Experience with PeopleTools 8.x and PS Query, BI Publisher, and nVision reporting
• Strong experience with Integration Broker, REST/SOAP web services, and file-based integrations (SFTP,
XML, flat files)
• Experience with PeopleSoft security, role provisioning, audit support, and SOX compliance
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades, PUM images, tax updates, and payroll patches
• Client-facing communication skills; able to work independently and manage priorities
Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or Financ
