Summary

Title: ServiceNow Developer

Location: California (Onsite)

Type: Contract

Duration: Long Term

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer
  • Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
  • Support platform upgrades, patches, and regression testing; troubleshoot and resolve production issues
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver demonstrations of developed solutions

 Must-Haves:

  • Experience: 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development
  • Scripting: Strong JavaScript and Glide API (GlideRecord, GlideSystem, GlideAggregate)
  • Integrations: REST/SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub experience
  • Modules: ITSM and App Engine/Scoped Apps; exposure to ITAM, SPM, or CMDB is a strong plus
  • Methodology: Agile/Scrum experience
