Senior Business Analysts

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is looking for Senior Business Analysts. Qualified candidates will be analyzing and coordinating business activities and operational resources for Information Technology projects; Eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, business analysis and task and workflow analyses; Defining Use Cases to articulate new functional software needs; Creating required project artifacts; Monitoring project plans and creating a detailed project plan; Creating requirement traceability matrices to track business objectives using Python, Figma, Asana, Miro, Confluence, and Qualtrics; Creating Epic, Story Tasks and User Stories; Documenting business processes and work flows; Creating unit test cases and executing test plans for various; Creating test scripts and scenarios to ensure that applications work according to business requirements; Coordinating issue reviews with follow up on assigned actions; Analyzing test and performance results; Providing pre and post implementation data analysis and reporting; Documenting business processes and procedures for end users; Analyzing risks and identifying areas of improvement; and developing reports for management for project status, issues and outcomes.

Salary: $55.00 to $90.00/hr.

REQUIREMENTS:
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information technology, Business or Engineering and one years' experience in position or one years experience in IT or Business Analysis field

Special requirements: Experience with Python, Figma, Asana, Miro, Confluence, and Qualtrics. Up to 100% travel to various unanticipated domestic client sites in US required.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
