- This role requires strong programming skills in Java, Python, or Node.js, alongside expertise in developing and deploying chatbots and voice bots
- The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of conversational AI, AI/NLP/ML technologies, and experience with scalable, high-availability platforms
- Leverage experience with web services, including REST and SOAP
- Utilize knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure)
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with KORE.ai, SmartAssist, IVR technologies, Java, JavaScript, and Python
- Strong background in conversational AI platforms and chatbot development
- Experience with Node.js for chatbot backend technology
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable solutions and troubleshoot complex issues
- Solid understanding of code documentation and handover processes
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3- Working on multiple VM''s
- Admin access and installation of RPA agents on machines
- 7-how you would handle 1000s of records in excel and database and how do you implement and follow up questions
