ROLE_DESCRIPTION
Administer and Optimize Microsoft 365 Services
Design, implement and support W365 CLOUD PC environment
Lead windows Autopilot zero touch provisioning for device onboarding
Manage and maintain Intune for device compliance, configuration profiles, application deployment and endpoint security
Implement and monitor Compliance policies and conditional access to ensure secure access aligned with security standards.
Configure and support Single Sign on using SAML based authentication
Work with security teams on PKI , Certificate based authentication
Manage user and device lifecycle within Entra ID (Azure AD).

10+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 Services administration
