Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Service Solution Architect to lead the end‑to‑end service domain architecture for a large‑scale Oracle Cloud Applications transformation delivered by a systems integrator.
Responsible for owning solution design, architectural integrity, and client advisory leadership across Oracle Service‑related modules, ensuring service processes align with Oracle Cloud best practices, enterprise integration standards, and measurable business outcomes.
The architect will serve as a trusted advisor to client executives and program leadership, bridging business strategy, service operations, and Oracle Cloud capabilities.

Required Qualifications
Oracle Service & Cloud Expertise
- Oracle Applications experience with deep service domain expertise.
- Hands‑on experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud service‑related modules.
- Strong understanding of:
- Service execution and logistics
- Repair and field service operations
- Contracts, entitlements, and billing models
- Experience integrating service processes with SCM and Financials.
Systems Integrator Experience
Architecture & Leadership Skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Cloud certifications (SCM, Service, or ERP).
- Experience migrating service functions from Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud.
- Exposure to complex service environments (manufacturing, regulated industries, multi‑org).
- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) concepts and data migration tools.
