Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with tenants in both English and Spanish
Assist with move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals, and tenant inquiries
Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with vendors and staff
Support rent collection, notices, and administrative tasks
Maintain accurate tenant records and ensure compliance with NYC housing regulations
Assist the Property Manager with daily operations and reporting

Requirements

Bilingual in English & Spanish (Required)
1 3 years of property management or housing experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Knowledge of NYC residential property operations is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with property management software like Yardi is a plus
