Job Title: Business Execution Consultant-Loan IQ
Location: Charlotte, NC | Roanoke, VA | Irving, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ Months (Possible extension or conversion to Full Time)

Job Description: Project Details: - This candidate will be supporting lending capabilities within the wholesale operations.
- They will be responsible for leading project teams and managing all activities in the project lifecycle associated with Lending Operations projects.
Duties: - Facilitate project meetings
- Manage enhancements and determine how they may affect Operations.
- Ensure procedure updates, demos, training, and communications are completed for each enhancement impacting Operations.
- Troubleshooting issues and collaborating with team members to find solutions.
- Liaison with leadership as needed.
Top Skills: - 5 plus years of project or product delivery.
- Ability to facilitate meetings, track timelines and manage issues.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, and SharePoint.
- Experience working in Agile environment.
Nice to have: - Operations experience
- LoanIQ and/or Lending knowledge.
Soft Skills: - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to quickly reprioritize work in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.
- Work with minimal direction and take initiative in identifying opportunities, areas for improvement, decision making and problem solving.
- Work effectively in a team environment and across all organisational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
Pay Range: $55 - $65/hr on W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
