Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

Pay Range: $65hr - $70hr

Workday Journeys is an Employee Experience product that enables HR administrators to create personalized, guided pathways for employees during critical moments such as onboarding, promotions, or leave of absence.
The role involves architecting and building complex integrations and managing end-to-end Workday HCM configurations across multiple modules and tenants.

Requirement/Must Have:

8+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience across multiple modules and tenants.
Strong experience in configuring Business Processes.
Master-level expertise in Calculated Fields, Condition Rules, and Advanced/Composite Report building.
Proven experience architecting complex Workday Studio and Core Connector integrations.
Strong technical proficiency in JSON, XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST APIs, and middleware platforms.
Experience managing end-to-end configuration, integrations, and security within Workday HCM.
Ability to manage multiple client tenants with high accuracy and quality.
Exceptional problem-solving, debugging, and system diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities:

Architect and build complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
Develop and manage integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
Work with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft and Boomi.
Support and enhance Workday HCM configurations across modules.
Ensure high-quality delivery across multiple tenant environments.

Qualification And Education:

Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
