Must-Have Skills

- 8+ years of hands-on IT Reporting Data Analyst experience
- 4+ years of reporting/data analysis experience within Property & Casualty Insurance
- Strong SQL skills
- Enterprise Data Warehouse experience
- 3+ years of hands-on reporting tools experience
- MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, or Oracle Analytics Cloud
- Working knowledge of Guidewire
- Working knowledge of Genius
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Understanding of Dimensional Modeling
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Reporting concepts
- Strong P&C Insurance knowledge across Policy, Claims, and Financials
- Experience gathering and translating business reporting requirements
- Experience creating and validating SQL queries and views
- Experience supporting UAT and investigating data discrepancies

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Reinsurance experience
- Experience with supplemental data sources such as HR/headcount
- Regulatory and Data Governance experience
- Experience educating business users on insurance data
- Experience with Excel, flat files, data marts, and interim data solutions
