We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Life Science Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions, working closely with patient engagement and support program teams to deliver secure, data-driven insights across the patient and provider journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Configure Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud features to deliver customer care and patient services requirements.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards, privacy, and security best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, QA, and integration teams.
• Conduct system testing, UAT support, and post-implementation enhancements.
• Provide techno-functional guidance and Salesforce best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with recent hands-on experience in Life Sciences Cloud implementation.
• Strong techno-functional expertise: ability to configure Salesforce and understand underlying data models, APIs, security, and integration patterns.
• Working knowledge of patient management, analytics, and data.
• Experience in secure handling of healthcare data, HIPAA-aligned workflows, and consent management.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business users and technical teams.
• Salesforce certifications such as Health Cloud Accredited Professional, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce Platform App Builder are a plus.
