Job Description

DevOps Azure Engineer to join its technology team in Chicago. The engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance for enterprise-grade financial applications. This role requires strong expertise in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities

 Cloud Infrastructure & Automation

Design, build, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure (VMs, AKS, App Services, Functions).
Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep.
Automate deployments and environment provisioning.

 CI/CD & DevOps Practices

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
Integrate automated testing, monitoring, and security checks into pipelines.
Support continuous delivery for multiple applications across environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

 Technical Skills

Strong expertise in Azure Cloud Services (AKS, App Services, Functions, Storage, Networking).
Proficiency in Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Git, Jenkins.
Experience with Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep for IaC.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
Familiarity with PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting.

 Professional Skills

Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work onsite and support production systems.

 Experience

6–10 years of DevOps/Cloud Engineering experience.
Prior exposure to financial services domain preferred.
