Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect / HRSD Lead & ITOM Lead to design, implement, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD), IT Operations Management (ITOM), CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITSM, along with strong experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications. The role requires leading architecture, technical design, platform governance, and Agile delivery while collaborating with business and technical teams.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of ServiceNow experience with Platform Architecture
- Strong hands-on experience with HRSD and ITOM
- Expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management
- Experience with ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog)
- ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub
- JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes
- Experience with Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, HR Case Management
- Agile/Scrum, Jira, Azure DevOps
- ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS-HRSD, or CIS-ITOM certifications preferred
