Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Lightning Developer to join a global team responsible for enhancing and implementing Salesforce solutions across retail and investment management platforms within the banking domain. This role requires strong hands-on development experience and the ability to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.

Hard Skills (Must Have)

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) (Must be hands-on)
  • Strong experience in APEX (Server-side programming)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
  • Strong coding skills – ability to write and implement code independently
  • 7–10 years of overall experience
  • Strong Banking / Financial Services domain experience
  • Recent hands-on experience with LWS APEX development
  • Confident and strong communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions using Lightning components
  • Implement regional and global business requirements using best practices
  • Work on integration with third-party platforms and internal systems
  • Develop a unified client ecosystem for the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Take a hands-on role in design, development, and feature enhancements
  • Ensure solutions align with overall platform vision and strategy
  • Perform rapid prototyping to propose solutions for complex challenges
  • Work on API integrations and RESTful services
  • Develop and manage reports, dashboards, and workflows
  • Work with databases including SQL and SOQL
  • Follow DevOps best practices (Version Control, CI/CD tools, Salesforce DX)
  • Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies
  • Write and maintain Apex test classes and scripts
