Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Lightning Developer to join a global team responsible for enhancing and implementing Salesforce solutions across retail and investment management platforms within the banking domain. This role requires strong hands-on development experience and the ability to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.

Hard Skills (Must Have)

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) (Must be hands-on)
Strong experience in APEX (Server-side programming)
Basic knowledge of SQL
Strong coding skills – ability to write and implement code independently
7–10 years of overall experience
Strong Banking / Financial Services domain experience
Recent hands-on experience with LWS APEX development
Confident and strong communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions using Lightning components
Implement regional and global business requirements using best practices
Work on integration with third-party platforms and internal systems
Develop a unified client ecosystem for the organization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Take a hands-on role in design, development, and feature enhancements
Ensure solutions align with overall platform vision and strategy
Perform rapid prototyping to propose solutions for complex challenges
Work on API integrations and RESTful services
Develop and manage reports, dashboards, and workflows
Work with databases including SQL and SOQL
Follow DevOps best practices (Version Control, CI/CD tools, Salesforce DX)
Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies
Write and maintain Apex test classes and scripts
