Summary:
- Drive security-by-design governance across digital platforms, products, and partners enabling speed-to-value while meeting policy, risk, and control expectations.
- Translate Mars security requirements into embedded standards and measurable controls across platforms: secure SDLC, cloud/SaaS posture, identity & access governance, vulnerability remediation, and evidence-based compliance to support audit readiness.
Skills needed:
5-10 years, MarTech and/ or InfoSec background preferred. One of the two required. Key Tools: Salesforce Marketing/Loyalty/Service, Aprimo, TreasureData, Okta
Roles and responsibilites:
The Security Lead Manager is accountable for establishing and operating a security-by-design (left shift) governance model across digital platforms, products, and partners ensuring delivery at speed while meeting internal policy, risk, and control expectations and ensuring all existing base platforms operate at this level.
This role partners with engineering, platform/product owners, information security, risk/compliance, and vendor teams to translate security requirements into clear standards, actionable controls, and measurable outcomes that are embedded into delivery and operations.
You will drive consistency and assurance across key domains such as secure SDLC, cloud/SaaS security posture, identity and access governance, vulnerability remediation governance, and evidence-based compliance.
