Job Title: Sr. DevOps Engineer

About the Role

W-2 ONLY

NO C2C.

We are seeking a self-motivated DevOps Engineer who can operate independently and quickly ramp in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on building scalable infrastructure, improving deployment processes, and enhancing system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Support zero-downtime deployments through continuous delivery practices
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, QA, and security teams
Build self-service tools to improve developer productivity
Proactively monitor systems and resolve issues before customer impact
Drive long-term solutions from production issues and on-call insights
Contribute to microservices architecture design

Key Projects

Maintain and upgrade core technologies (Java, Gradle, Scala)
Deploy and manage scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure
Implement monitoring and alerting for critical services
Execute and analyze performance testing

Required Qualifications

Strong programming/scripting skills (Python preferred)
Experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS, Fargate)
Cloud platform experience (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure) with Infrastructure as Code
Expertise in monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Splunk, Datadog)
Strong troubleshooting skills in large-scale production environments
Experience with distributed systems, JVM applications, NoSQL, and networking tools
