Field Service Technician - Entry level

Join our team as an Entry-Level Field Service Technician and contribute to the seamless operation of hardware subsystems through on-site inspections, data collection, and field testing. You will be instrumental in logging regional performance metrics, translating technical updates for both teams and clients, and ensuring the smooth operation of hardware subsystems. This role requires frequent travel to regional field sites and demands strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site inspections, data collection, and field testing
  • Log regional performance metrics and translate technical updates for teams and clients
  • Perform hardware troubleshooting and system testing
  • Produce technical documentation and reports
  • Collaborate with team members on field operations and data analysis
  • Communicate effectively with clients on technical issues
  • Ensure performance monitoring and maintain regional performance metrics

Requirements:

<>Required Skills:
  • Recent Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Experience in field testing, on-site inspections, and data collection
  • Knowledge of hardware subsystems and troubleshooting
  • Strong technical communication and reporting skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently
  • Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to travel frequently and readiness for field support
