2nd Shift Quality Inspector

The
2nd Shift Quality Inspector is responsible for performing inspection activities, documenting results, and communicating findings to Quality and Operations leadership. This role plays a key part in identifying nonconforming products, supporting investigations into process issues, and contributing to corrective and preventive actions.
This position requires accurate data entry, recordkeeping, and adherence to quality standards in a regulated manufacturing environment. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
KEY RESPONSIBILITESPerform product inspection using a variety of precision measurement tools and equipmentProperly set up parts, run established measurement programs, and interpret results (pass/fail)Inspection equipment includes, but is not limited to:- Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
- Vision systems (Keyence, Micro-Vu)
- Optical comparators (standard and eCAD)
- Micrometers, calipers, and drop indicators
- Pull-force and hardness testers

Education & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED requiredAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructionsBasic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft OfficeExperience with standard dimensional inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, comparators, etc.)Ability to operate advanced inspection equipment (e.g., CMM, vision systems)Working knowledge of:- ISO 13485 standards
