Summary

Title: Software Quality Assurance Tester

Remote role - Phoenix, AZ – candidate must be local

This is opportunity is supporting a large system modernization effort, focused on testing and validating a new application replacing legacy systems.

Responsibilities:

Review test plans, scripts, and related documentation
Execute functional, regression, conversion, and ad hoc testing
Document test results and log defects clearly and accurately
Support requirements validation and confirm system functionality
Collaborate with project teams, business analysts, and SMEs
Attend standups, sprint reviews, and testing meetings
Track progress, issues, and testing activities

Qualification:

2+ years of software testing experience
Experience testing components of large or enterprise applications
Knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices
Experience with functional, regression, and UAT testing
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Exposure to government orpublic sector environments is a plus
