Summary
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite technical support to participants.
- Set up and configure iPhones and Apple Watches.
- Assist with phone porting, device pairing, and application installation.
- Verify device connectivity, synchronization, and functionality.
- Troubleshoot iOS, Apple Watch, and mobile device issues.
- Document setup activities and technical issues.
Required Skills:
- 0 2 years of IT Support, Technical Support, Help Desk, or Desktop Support experience.
- Hands-on experience with iPhone, iOS, Apple Watch, and mobile device setup.
- Experience with device enrollment, MDM tools (Jamf, Intune, AirWatch, etc.), and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
