Location: 100% Remote or onsite in Eden Prairie or hub location
Work Hours: Monday-Friday, standard business hours (e.g., 9:00 AM-5:00 PM CT)

Role OverviewThe Senior Resiliency Analyst supports enterprise disaster recovery (DR) efforts by developing, maintaining, and enhancing DR plans for critical applications and infrastructure. This role plays a key part in strengthening organizational resiliency and assisting with recovery coordination during real disruption events.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, update, and maintain DR plans for critical systems and applications
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and business teams to gather and validate DR requirements
- Analyze application and platform interdependencies to determine recovery needs
- Support DR exercises, documentation, and continuous improvement activities
- Contribute to DR technology design and cloud-based recovery strategies
- Assist with coordination, communication, and documentation during actual disaster events
- Develop and refine DR processes, standards, and program documentation
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of IT experience
- 3+ years of Disaster Recovery experience
- Broad technical knowledge across UNIX, Windows, application/web/database technologies, storage, and cloud
- Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical training/certification
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working in large enterprise environments or regulated industries
- Cloud recovery experience (AWS, Azure)
- Relevant certifications (ITIL, CBCP, DRII, cloud certifications, etc.)
