ERP/CRM Administrator

Description

We are looking for an ERP/CRM Administrator to support and enhance enterprise business systems. This Long-term Contract position focuses on maintaining reliable platform performance, improving financial system workflows, and partnering with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience with Oracle Fusion and Oracle Fusion Financials, along with the ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions.

Responsibilities:

Administer and support ERP and CRM platforms with an emphasis on stability, usability, and day-to-day performance.

Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Oracle Fusion applications to meet business and financial process requirements.

Partner with cross-functional teams to gather system needs, recommend improvements, and implement practical solutions.

Maintain user roles, access settings, and system controls to support security and compliance expectations.

Investigate application issues, coordinate resolutions, and provide timely support to end users.

Develop and maintain system documentation, process guidance, and operational procedures for ongoing platform management.

Assist with testing, updates, and enhancement activities to ensure smooth deployment of system changes.

Analyze system performance and data flow to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

Hands-on experience administering ERP and CRM systems in a business environment.
Strong working knowledge of Oracle Fusion and Oracle Fusion Financials.
Ability to troubleshoot application issues and resolve system-related problems effectively.
Experience supporting financial workflows, user access management, and system configuration.
Comfortable working with business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver system improvements.
Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a Long-term Contract assignment.
