Align and optimize the execution of value streams across multiple teams-of-teams and external suppliers by managing dependencies, removing impediments, and ensuring continuous improvement within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.
What you'll do: Support Value Stream Execution: Ensure seamless execution of value streams and collaborate with the Value Management Office (VMO) for alignment and support.
Facilitate Solution Events: Organize and lead ART/PM Syncs, Solution Planning, Retrospectives, Problem Solving Workshops, and System Demos to ensure coordinated progress.
Remove Impediments: Identify and resolve obstacles that hinder solution delivery to maintain an efficient workflow.
Assess and Improve Solution Maturity: Evaluate solution maturity, provide coaching to enhance agility, and foster continuous improvement in collaboration with Lean Agile Centers of Excellence (LACE).
Communicate and Visualize Metrics: Monitor and share solution metrics internally and externally to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.
