Title: Project Manager
Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ / Alpharetta, GA(5days onsite)

Key Responsibilities
• Hybrid Methodology Leadership: Orchestrate programs using a "Best-of-Both" approach.
Use Waterfall for long-term budget planning, regulatory milestones, and vendor hardware lead
times, while driving Agile/Scrum for application modernization and feature development.
• Multi-Regional Orchestration: Manage globally distributed pods across the US, EMEA, and APAC.
You must excel at coordinating hand-offs, managing cultural nuances, and ensuring "follow-thesun" productivity.
• Data-Driven Governance: Move beyond qualitative updates. You will build
and maintain dashboards (Jira/PowerBI/Tableau) that track Velocity, Burndown, Lead Time, and
Financial Variance. You use data to identify bottlenecks before they become "Red" status items.
• Complex Dependency Mapping: Own the "Critical Path." You must track dependencies between
Infrastructure (Data Center exits), Apps (Java/.NET refactoring), and Security (Compliance signoffs).
• Banking Domain Integration: Navigate the "Bank’s Bureaucracy." You will ensure all project
artifacts meet internal Audit, Risk, and Compliance standards (e.g., FFIEC, SOC2).
Role requirements
• The Experience (7–12 Years): You have a proven track record of managing programs with
budgets exceeding $10M and teams of 30+ resources.
• The "Hybrid" Expert: You are comfortable with both PMP-style Gantt charts and Jira-based
Sprint planning. You know how to translate "Story Points" into "Executive Progress Reports."
• Stakeholder Influence: You can hold your own in a room with an Enterprise Architect and
a Business Unit Head, managing their expectations through clear, evidence-based
communication.
• Problem Solver: When a data center migration hits a 2-week delay, you don''t just report it—you
present three "compressed timeline" options to keep the November 15th deadline viable
