Description:
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows platforms (Windows 7, 10)
  • Support Zoom, networking (LAN/WAN), and enterprise domain infrastructure
  • Manage and troubleshoot Windows desktop/server OS and Active Directory
  • Assist with Microsoft Outlook/Messaging and Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for Citrix, VMware, VDI, and virtualization environments
  • Provide mobile OS (iOS/Android) application support
  • Deliver high-quality customer service with ownership through resolution
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, requiring strong communication and soft skills


Required Skillsets
  • Solid technical knowledge and troubleshooting experience across Microsoft and networking environments
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills (English proficiency required)
  • Team player, collaborative, self-motivated, and proactive learner
  • Ability to support executive leadership with professionalism and discretion


Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of technical knowledge and troubleshooting experience with Microsoft 365 Suite, iOS, and Android devices
  • Experience in high-level customer support or VIP/executive support roles
  • High School Diploma required
