Job Title: Senior Guidewire Technical Lead / Lead Developer

ROLE_DESCRIPTION
"We are seeking a highly skilled Guidewire Technical Lead Developer with extensive experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter (PC), BillingCenter (BC), and ClaimCenter (CC) implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, solution design, architecture guidance, and hands-on development support for enterprise-scale Guidewire transformation programs.

This role requires deep expertise in Guidewire application architecture, integrations, configuration, cloud modernization, and Agile delivery methodologies. The Technical Lead will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA teams, and product owners to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing insurance solutions."

Track technical risks, issues, and dependencies.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, architecture reviews, and release planning.
Drive successful delivery of Guidewire implementation and modernization projects.
Quality & DevOps
Define CI/CD best practices for Guidewire deployments.
Improve test automation coverage and code quality.
Support environment management, performance tuning, and production deployments.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root cause analysis."
