Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Appian Solution Architect with strong experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade applications on the Appian platform. The ideal candidate should have deep Appian expertise, preferably with L2 or L3 certification, along with solid exposure to Pre-Sales and solutioning activities.
This role requires a blend of technical architecture, client engagement, and pre-sales support, making it ideal for someone who can drive both solution design and business discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture & Design:
Design end-to-end solutions using the Appian low-code platform
Define architecture, data models, and integration patterns
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and performance-optimized
Provide technical leadership across the full project lifecycle
Pre-Sales & Solutioning:
Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimations, and proposal creation
Participate in client discussions, demos, and technical presentations
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Delivery & Implementation:
Act as a hands-on architect, guiding development teams
Ensure adherence to Appian best practices and design standards
Review code, architecture, and implementation for quality delivery
Stakeholder Management:
Engage with client stakeholders to understand requirements and propose solutions
Act as a trusted advisor for Appian-based digital transformation initiatives
Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years of IT experience with strong focus on Appian platform
Proven experience as an Appian Solution Architect / Lead Appian Developer
Appian L2 or L3 Certification (preferred)
Strong experience in Pre-Sales / Solutioning activities (must-have)
Expertise in Appian BPM, SAIL, workflows, and process modeling
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, web services, databases)
Solid understanding of SDLC, architecture principles, and design patterns
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
Nice to Have:
Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
Experience in handling RFP/RFI responses and estimations
