Job Details

Ideal Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking attorneys who bring a strong combination of academic pedigree, sophisticated legal training, and stable career progression.

Preferred qualifications include:

3-6 years of relevant attorney experience within one of the listed practice areas
Experience practicing at an Am Law 200 firm or other highly respected regional/national platform
JD from a top-tier law school with strong academic credentials
Demonstrated experience handling sophisticated, high-value matters
Strong drafting, analytical, and client communication skills
Stable tenure history, ideally with no more than 1-2 firms throughout their legal career
Licensed and in good standing within the applicable jurisdiction, or ability to waive in
