ERP Business Analyst t

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is looking for an ERP Business Analyst in Tarrytown, NY.

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ERP Business Analyst to support an Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation with a focus on Order to Cash (O2C) and Record to Report (R2R), including AR, Intercompany, and customer processes. This role partners closely with Finance, IT, and implementation teams to translate business needs into well-documented, tested, and compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Document current and future state O2C and R2R business processes
* Gather and manage functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and approvals
* Support fit-gap analysis, testing (SIT/UAT), and defect resolution
* Create user guides, SOPs, and support business readiness and training
* Assist with GxP/SOX compliance documentation and controls
* Collaborate cross-functionally through cutover and post-go-live support

REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of ERP Business Analyst experience, including O2C and R2R
* Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (Oracle EBS a plus)
* Strong knowledge of AR, Intercompany, customer lifecycle, and close processes
* Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
