Job Title: DevOps Engineer – AWS Connect

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in AWS and Amazon Connect to support cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, and contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building, deploying, and maintaining scalable AWS environments while supporting Amazon Connect integrations and infrastructure as code (IaC) practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
Develop and maintain Amazon Connect solutions including contact flows, integrations, and enhancements.
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, ensuring efficient and automated deployments.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for provisioning and managing cloud resources.
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline release processes.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of applications.
Automate deployment, scaling, and monitoring processes across environments.
Maintain security best practices and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
Support production deployments and participate in incident management and on-call rotations.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch, VPC, etc.)
Proven experience with Amazon Connect (contact flows, routing, integrations)
Expertise in Terraform for infrastructure automation
Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
Strong scripting skills (Shell, Python, or similar)
Knowledge of cloud security and best practices
