Technical Recruiter
Overview:
We are seeking a Mid-Senior level IT Recruiter with strong technical recruiting experience to support a high-volume hiring environment. This role requires someone who is comfortable managing a large requisition load, partnering closely with hiring managers, and driving full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of IT roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage up to 40 active requisitions at a time across multiple business units
Own full-cycle recruiting including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and close
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities
Source and attract qualified candidates using a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
Conduct technical screenings to assess candidate fit
Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the process
Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system
Ensure a positive candidate experience while moving roles forward efficiently
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of IT / Technical recruiting experience
Proven ability to manage high-volume requisitions (30–40+ roles simultaneously)
Strong understanding of technical roles across infrastructure, development, data, and cybersecurity
Experience working in both agency and/or corporate recruiting environments
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Workday or similar ATS
Experience supporting enterprise-level or high-growth environments
Additional Information:
This role requires onsite presence in Doral, FL four days per week
