It seems selected candidates we interviewed have not performed well in technical questions in ThoughtSpot. They may know high level to drag and drop via ThoughtSpot user interface but most lack of in-depth ThoughtSpot architecture, functionality, capability… and etc.
Please help on screening candidates having experiences of :
- Working as ThoughtSpot architect
- Manipulate customized data creation within ThoughtSpot (not through other tool)
- Updating objects in ThoughtSpot
Ideally we want someone who is: *** ThoughtSpot Data Analyst or Architect Certified ***
- Project: Need someone who is strong with ThoughtSpot with good comm skills to make sure the tech outcome will be translated to a presentation and explain to the business users... They must be a good listener, has direct customer support experiences. and can-do mindset
Job Details
- At least 2+ years hands on developer experience in ThoughtSpot (BI tool).
- ThoughtSpot Certification? (Huge Plus).
- SQL Proficiency.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills in data analysis and logical solutions.
- Solid track record of communication and presentation skills.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize ThoughtSpot dashboards, reports, and data models.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions that support data-driven decision-making.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data for ThoughtSpot applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize ThoughtSpot solutions for performance and scalability.
- Provide insights and logical solutions to address business challenges based on data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, business analysts, and product managers, to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of BI solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts and findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring the usability of the insights delivered.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates to ThoughtSpot implementations to ensure up-to-date and accurate data visualizations.
