Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Cleveland, OH. In this role, you will oversee stabilization initiatives and lead efforts to coordinate activities across engineering, architecture, and business teams. This is a long-term contract position, ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and excels at driving cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate activities across engineering, architecture, and business teams to ensure stabilization program objectives are met.
Track and manage efforts related to integration, data, and operational processes, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
Develop and maintain program roadmaps, backlogs, and execution plans to guide project progress.
Document technical challenges, identify root causes, and propose actionable solutions.
Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders to address risks, dependencies, and progress across stabilization workstreams.
Prepare executive-level updates, dashboards, and detailed program status reports to communicate progress and outcomes.
Requirements
Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional remediation initiatives with measurable results.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern delivery practices.
Exceptional skills in documentation and communication, enabling clear translation of technical issues into business context.
Hands-on experience working with engineering, architecture, or platform teams.
Proficiency in tools such as Atlassian Jira for tracking and managing project workflows.
PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
Familiarity with developing engineering and business roadmaps within a PMO framework.
