Summary

Title: Sitecore Architect / Developer

Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid)

Duration: Full Time

We are looking for an experienced Sitecore Architect / Developer to lead the architectural design and technical implementation of Sitecore-based digital experience platforms. This role is responsible for defining Sitecore architecture standards, guiding development teams, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.

Responsibilities:

Design and own Sitecore architecture across projects (Sitecore XP, XM, XM Cloud, Headless/JSS)
Translate business requirements into clear, scalable technical and architectural designs
Provide technical leadership and ensure best practices and standards are followed
Guide and mentor development teams throughout implementation
Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements
Review solution designs, architecture artifacts, and critical code
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and DevOps

Requirements:

5+ years of experience designing and owning Sitecore architecture
8+ years of web application development experience
Proven experience defining Sitecore architecture, integration patterns, and technical standards
Strong skills in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, MVC, REST APIs
Experience with Headless Sitecore (JSS, React, or similar)
Hands-on experience with Azure cloud environments
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
Ability to mentor developers and guide implementation teams
