We are seeking a full-time DevOps Engineer to join their team in Chelmsford, MA. This is an opportunity to work on a modern infrastructure supporting both cloud-hosted and on-premises enterprise software. You'll leverage technologies including Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, TeamCity, DigitalOcean, Prometheus, Grafana, PostgreSQL, and automation tools to build scalable environments, improve deployment processes, and support mission-critical applications.

Required Skills & Experience - Deep Linux administration and troubleshooting experience
- Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments
- Experience supporting Docker Swarm deployments
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (TeamCity, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar)
- Experience supporting on-premises software deployments and customer environments
- Scripting and automation experience using Python, Bash, Go, or similar
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools including Prometheus, Grafana, and centralized logging
- Experience with load and performance testing tools (k6, JMeter, Locust, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases
- Familiarity with RabbitMQ, NATS, or other messaging technologies
- Solid networking fundamentals (DNS, TLS, VPNs, firewalls, load balancing)
- Experience with Git-based version control
- Strong technical documentation and communication skills
- Comfortable collaborating directly with customers during installations and upgrades
Desired Skills & Experience - TeamCity administration
- Terraform, Ansible, or Infrastructure-as-Code experience
- Redis and Elasticsearch administration
- SAST/SCA tooling such as Mend.io
- Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-400)
- DigitalOcean infrastructure experience
- SOC 2 or other compliance framework exposure
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.)
- Experience supporting enterprise software, IoT, or hardware-integrated platforms
