We are looking for an expert D365 Technical Developer who thrives at the intersection of code and commerce. This role is designed for a techno-functional expert who understands that behind every line of X++, there is a financial or operational process that needs to run flawlessly.

You will be the bridge between complex business requirements and high-performing technical solutions, specifically supporting our Finance, Project Accounting, and Supply Chain ecosystems. Key Responsibilities

Core Finance & Project Accounting

• Modular Mastery: Configure and customize D365 Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, and FP&A), ensuring streamlined month-end and year-end closing through smart automation.
• Project Lifecycle: Manage project setups, revenue recognition rules, and budgeting frameworks.
• AI Integration: Implement and optimize AI-driven OCR capabilities for automated invoicing and document management.

Technical Development & Strategy

• Custom Solutions: Design and deploy extensions, workflows, and security roles using X++ and the Power Platform.
• Data & Reporting: Develop robust reporting solutions via SSRS and Power BI to provide actionable business insights.
• System Integrity: Translate functional needs into technical specs while troubleshooting performance bottlenecks to ensure high availability.

Operations & Supply Chain Support

• Cross-Functional Alignment: Provide secondary support for SCM modules, including procurement, inventory management, and warehousing.
• End-to-End Synergy: Ensure technical configurations align with organizational supply chain goals and financial reporting requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• D365 Expertise: Deep technical and functional knowledge of D365 Finance & Operations.
• Accounting Fluency: Proven experience with Project Accounting (budgeting, invoicing) and Finance modules (GL, FP&A).
• The Tech Stack: Proficiency in X++, Power Platform, and AI OCR automation tools.
• Reporting: Strong hands-on experience with SSRS and Power BI.
• Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Expert: Microsoft D365 certifications (Finance, SCM, or Technical).
• Proven Track Record: Experience in full-cycle D365 implementations or large-scale upgrades.
• Methodology: Familiarity with Agile/DevOps environments.
