Job Description:

MUST HAVE EXP:

• 8+ years of experience as S4HANA TMS Functional Consultant covering:

• Config of SAP TMS and BN4L (Business Network for Logistics) - Freight Collaboration configuration, Carriers Management Awareness of TMS Master Data Business Process
• knowledge of Transportation planning through delivery PGI and using Fiori Transportation Cockpit.
• SD/MM and SAP TMS integration with Order integration and stock transfer integration with Transportation planning process.
• Freight unit building rules configuration, Freight order planning including resource assignment, carrier assignment, charge calculations and subcontracting carrier assignment Transportation execution process including tendering and rate freight contract management Freight settlement process, Carrier Invoicing, and payment dispute management process and in its integration with VIM Experience of SAP TMS integration with PC Miller (GIS) and its configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Planning & Coordination,
• Understand business requirements, functional designs and process flows related to SAP TM.
• Prepare comprehensive test plans covering Unit Testing, Functional Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT.
• Work closely with SAP TM functional consultants and business process owners.
• Test Design, Execution
• Develop detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts for SAP TM processes.
• Execute end to end testing including TM Master Data validation, Freight Order Management to Charge Management to Carrier Selection Tendering Integration testing with S4, SD, MM, and ABAP developments.
• Perform regression testing after enhancements or defect fixes.
• Defect Management Log defects with detailed documentation and steps to reproduce.
• Work closely with functional and ABAP teams to validate defect resolutions.
• Track and close defects within agreed SLAs.
• Documentation Prepare testing documentation, Unit Test Scripts, Development Test Scripts, Integrated Test Scripts, UAT support documents Support preparation of end user training materials if required.
• Cut over
• Go Live Support
• Support data migration validation from SAP S4 to SAP TM.
• Participate in cut over activities and pre go live testing cycles.
• Provide hypercare support postgo live.
• S4HANA environments is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience working with overseas stakeholders
