Experience Required: 10 - 20+ years

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

• At least 13+ years of experience with Java/UX/JavaScript development (full stack) and delivering mission-critical, fault-tolerant applications
• Experience working in a Gitlab/GitHub based dev-ops environments and adhering to best SDLC practices
• At least two years of experience using AI Code Assist tools with Claude LLMs and adopting AI DLC (AI Development Life Cycle)
• Experience working in a GitLab DevOps environment to build pipelines, security analysis, and deployment to AWS ECS environments
• At least 10+ years of strong hands-on development experience to develop in Java/JEE, Web Services, and RESTful services rapidly in fast-moving projects leveraging AI DLC
• At least 3 years of experience in UX/Javascript/HTML development leveraging Vue, React, or similar JavaScript frameworks
• Strong Object-Oriented analysis and design skills including requirements analysis, Object Oriented design patterns, and UML
• Deep knowledge of API Integration, client browser JavaScript, and User Interface design
• Demonstrated knowledge with hands-on experience using AWS cloud technologies including but not limited to ECS, ECR, S3, ALB, RDS, DMS, KMS, Secrets Manager, SSM, Config, CloudWatch, Lambda, SNS, SQS, IAM, Route 53
• Nice to have Terraform scripting experience to provision cloud resources for lower environments independently
• Experience incorporating non-functional design aspects into the code components
• Experience with quality assurance process for testing applications including functional, non-functional and parallel testing
• Solid working experience in agile project delivery, following SCRUM practices, cross-functional contribution, and excellent team collaboration capabilities
• Ability to work on multiple tasks, perform in-depth code reviews and ensure design and coding adhere to security and architectural standards.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple business and technical teams
• Moderate knowledge of Word, Excel, and productivity improvement tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills demonstrated by the ability to assimilate new information, understand complex topics, and arrive at sound analysis and judgment
• Must have Java/JEE certification (mandatory) & UX/JavaScript certification (mandatory). Optional: AWS developer/architect certification (desired) &

Roles & Responsibilities

• Contribute as a squad member to design and implement products throughout the PDLC, including coding, testing, and documentation independently
• Work with the Product Owner and Scrum Master in an Agile environment to improve velocity on a product delivery
• Work as a cross-functional team player to augment the squad needs as needed
• Contribute to the community of practice and proactively share knowledge with squad members
